Stand and breathe

On behalf of a major international telecom company we have organised an incentive to Norway, in order to experience the natural phenomenon, the Northern Lights!

It was a breath-taking trip to the popular Norway with a Northern Lights adventure! Our guests experienced the great nature of Norway as well as the Northern Lights in the arctic Tromsø! Because of its inland climate with stable dry weather, this location is considered as the prime location to see the Northern Lights. Our guests therefore had excellent chances to actually see the Lights, and they did!

The guest’s flew to Oslo, where they were picked up by a special taxi and transferred to their 5-star hotel. This same evening all of them were pampered with a high-end dinner and a good night sleep in order to be fully rested for what the next day would bring.

The following morning, the guests were picked-up by a team of dog-sleds, this group of beautiful huskies brought them to the exact location in Tromsø where they were able to see the Northern Light! In order to be prepared, they were equipped with climate proof body suits, boots, gloves and a head lamp. Furthermore, they received a backpack with additional headwear, a Northern Lights book, a warm beverage and extra gloves.

We organised everything, from tickets to catering, to goodie bags, huskies and many more personalised aspects. Organising this trip was not only fun for the office team, also extremely satisfying to experience the positive experience from the group who travelled there.
